hello there, this exists to help my failing memory remember things I would want to remember a few years down the road.

1200 woke up and felt that my head had turned into a throbbing piece of rock
1210 laid on the living room sofa and watched a little teevee
1220 decided that my head still hurts very badly and went back to bed
1600 finally woke up
1605 record breaking wakeup-time for lays
1630 got food from downstairs, ate half a waffle and loses appetite

.

gosh, it sucks to be sick ):
especially when it is a sudden bout of sickness.
i only ate half a waffle for the whole day and i am not hungry...

oh wells.

makes you feel small and helpless.
i hate it.
