i got a cloud above my head O a cloud above my head.today is rather exhausting... but really interesting, met many people.
on the way to school met xiaoling, a senior from my primary school who stays in the same block as me, and i got company to TP! she is a second yr biz student...
got off the bus outside TP and met xuefen and her EVD friend..
decided to head to DES first and met joseph lin. followed him to the library to print notes... woah, the seniors there look like they can eat up the keyboard keys, hoho. left while he hurried upstairs to meet YT @ Des.
oh, met kaysee at des office too..
went for our first lesson of the day!
ideation.
well... our lecturer is a tad boring... and long winded...
we took an hour to do introductions, attendance, admin matters and introduction to the many material$ we need. 20 minutes break- and some of us went to Jupiter cafe for hotdog.
the people running the cafe are so entertaining. apparently they forgot to take out the hotdogs to defreeze and they were running the whole pack under the tap and we were kinda late for lesson so only ate half the hotdog bun ._.
then watched a video by this national geographic journalist about everyday creativity.
certain parts were overly emphasised that it got a little cheesy... "love the world...",
"look at the ordinary but see the extraordinary" were emphasised so many times. but, the photos the guy took are awesome, my jaw dropped at some.
then we had some group work and presentations. the interesting one was the one where the entire grp has to work tgt to come up with 100 different types of lines in sucha short time. the results were entertaining. i was in a funny group.
(photos uploaded once i find my hp cable)
oh, syaf is in my caregroup (class) ! andersonian in the same cg, so qiao.
so the first lesson went by and we went for our second, "coincidentally" the last lesson of the day, HAHAHA.
comdi, communicating design ideas.
gosh, this is when the stress squeeze its way in.
this lecturer is rather dynamic, interesting and experienced. well, he teaches communication so you can expect his ability to communicate his own lessons.
had a lecture coupled with some familiar stuff like LIT devices. gosh, i never thought i was learning that for future use during my mugging days. this also marks my first project in TDS which includes a 2000-2500 word essay. i never thought i would say this but i thank God for the torture mrs yeo/ms heng put us through to write 2500 word essays on one word topics. so now i know it's achievable. but this one need to express in a creative format but can break the 2000 words into several shorter essays too :D
school passes amazingly fast here- one day two lessons. (: rush down to amk but sarah and huixuan are done already ): hung around with the zionites and many other hopies, taught some bio, taught some maths, taught some eng. then... braindrain... (and some tissues.)
decided to spend some time listening to worship songs and was walking home when i met yanli, pri sch schmate! she's in SP now and happily hugging her laptop. caught up a little.
this reminds me, i met chenxiao, another pri sch classmate yesterday otw home.
he has grown so super tall...
we have all grown much aye..
haha, some walking around TDS makes me miss the klan quite alot..
but i guess absence really makes the heart grow fonder. these times, meetups with them and pam are treasured more, because everyone is so super busy...
saturday photos!

rather ugly collage, but yay. (: i met up with them.
oh pete's bday was the bomb man. it was really fun.
for more info and the process, check out his blog!
there are so many many photos (thanks to yk and jon) i too lazy to put them tgt : X
for topsecret footages of his journey of humiliation, hack our comps!
i'll just say some stuff here.
pete is like the only one i personally bought to Hope and got retained... >_<
see the value, everything changes.
o, another thanksgiving point.
i think my wednesdays end at 12 two weeks later or i dont have sch at all on weds.
You're so good to me, na na na na na, so good to me~

right now, they look almost hopeless, for we know.
know some we might not want to.
that's why the cross- He came for imperfect people, not for perfect people, for there are none.
to see hope in them, and see an individual to be nurtured and moulded under care and the right watering.
got reminded of one particular uctm where cong led where we had to hold green beans outside centrept near starhub building.
it's the water that determines what they grow into.
i want to get that water right.
