Haven't blogged for a week.

Welcomed April with a play.


The pillowman was just awesome.
Amazed at how the four-men cast could grab and hold attention for 2 and a half hours. Puay told me the story when she went to watch it last Nov but thank God I have poor memory, so I still enjoyed all the suspense and the horror bits.

I wonder what kind of life the scriptwriter led. As much as I love horror, macabre and twisted humour, these things are not within my system for me to actually come up with something horrifying good. Yiyou was saying I can do my "research" now, expose myself to all this and gradually be like that. Is that a good thing?

This week we said byebye to Aloy, as he moves over to MinOps2.

Had a simple dinner at Pastamania, and shared this Pizza Calzone style with Yiyou. So cute right. It's like they folded the pizza of our choice and made it into a giant currypuff, tastes pretty much the same.

Yiyou got all of us great stuff from Japan~ She got me a cute Monster tote bag. I WANT TO GO TO JAPAN MAN! And carmen got us really interesting food from Taiwan, Think marshmallows packaged in a sanitary pad look alike package.. (If I get to go Taiwan again, I shall buy a pack and give it to the guy who loves to advertise sanitary pads) Blessed life to have giving cgmates that travel, wahaha.

Had my first mega stayover at Natt's place with half the class. It somehow became an all girls thing with like ten girls. Was duper fun, doing stupid things at the playground, movie-ing, chatting about everything, watching sunrise (Nuo and her Australian flavoured side of the balcony) and so on. I have an awesome class!

Visited the National Library for the first time in my life.
Well, unless you count the time when the clique went there for cheap thrill elevator rides on Jasmine's 17th.

Went there with the team to do research and all.



It's been 2 weeks since we first got together, "for peace and prosperity".
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence? When engaged in hard work and brain-blowing thinking, I wish I was somewhere else. When all this came to a halt, I wonder if we did enough. But it's been a fruitful two weeks, I learnt more than I ever would on my own, and I guess that is what counts.
