Blogging is tiring when photos got to be edited. My louya skills. Woke up bright and early that morning and went to... ![]() the place where the sky must be sealed up , Jurong bird park! Cannot remember when was my last time there but I guess some things never change, ![]() Such as their bird show. The tricks are pretty much the same... maybe the older birds discipled the younger ones :X Oh! I was super scared of flamingos when I was young. I cant really remember why... maybe 'cause they are really unique with those stick legs and pink feathers, or perhaps they were the first creatures I saw when I reached the bird park. (Some of you may know, after my pokemon obsession, I sometimes expect to see some pokemon at the zoo/birdpark then laugh when I realise they don't exist.) They now have panaroil in the bird park, did they have that last time? 0_0 Though it only has like 3 stations. ![]() Even got to feed these pretty lory birds in a huge area complete with "adventure bridges", spiral steps and all. I would call this a cheap thrill, can take photos like this and tell your friends you took it at (insert name of cooler country). ![]() For some queer reasons unknown, these are used as decorations in where the lory birds were kept. ![]() Uh... why these sharp rusty evil tools... And yes, the photograph even captured a feather on the floor near them... ._. lory soup, anyone? ![]() Happy family happily caged, with this sign: ![]() (funny but brutally true in this world today?) It was a quick trip though we paid 22 per head, went with my parents, sis, bro-in-law and 11month old nephew Isaac. Dad wanted to bring him there to look around though I doubt he will remember anything in the future. ![]() But he was a happy boy that day. I was happy too, until my holgaga cover flew open and my film got exposed ): Maybe something will still show up when I develop them? :| It is good spending time with the family, even though now we have an addition of wails and everyone fussing over the precious one, who is turning one soon! Visiting places like these remind me of my parents' love, and I would describe it as tireless. I recall them bringing me to the zoo, birdpark and botanical gardens when I was young to uh, do my zoologist, botanist etc badges. (Yes, I was nerd) It is beyond them to explain to me and help with directly with the clauses that I had to compete to get that badge, but they did all they could, to make time and bring me to smelly places and help me with photography and all. That era got to take and develop somemore. Film <3 And how they love and shown grace countless times, to all of us, tirelessly. And I thank them for that. 4 days to 8th, I wonder how things will be then. 0 Comments: |
