welcomed home someone from the Island all men step foot on, and sent another there... I'll let the pictures do the talking. ![]() ![]() went to the island with a girl who's always wanted to go there. ![]() ![]() (please ignore the hideous complexion. I am too un-vain to photoshop them away) We took these photos with our cameras side by side, so she looked at hers, and I looked at mine ._. ![]() uh, they made us watch Mr Bean while waiting for the parade to start, well, it related to the parents very well, my mum likes Mr bean too. ![]() The entire POP just makes me feel that Singapore is such a happy country, where the little middle-aged parents are free and well-off, taking a day off each to come watch their beloved son at a milestone of his life. Like how tribes make young boys climb trees or tattoo or whatever when they reach a certain age, dear clean and green Singapore has National Service. 0 :) ![]() some cheer they performed, ![]() sheer joy. ![]() the pretty sky there at dusk. I really love how the light just bounces off the waves. Then bright and early Saturday morning, we waved bye bye. ![]() Jiayou in there, bro! I do remember visiting my brother when he was in army when I was really little.. I guess NS does play a good role, bringing together guys and all the brotherhood thingy. Haha. Something I won't get to experience, not that I am that keen. And through this, I also see the importance and potential of the NS ministry... * ![]() This is my sheep, xiao xinyi. :D She was dressed up and ready for the brother Yao's celebration last Saturday. Time flies, she's been in church since end of March, so that's.. six months. Time flies, all my friends are embracing hairlessness and an island so far away. 0 Comments: |
