![]() It's as quoted from a guy friend, "slow and beautiful". I agree that it is indeed a lovely show. It's just the kind of show you want to keep and watch again a few years later or a few decades later. I don't want to spoil it by describing it, so go ahead and watch. *little spoiler alert* This man in the show made a clock that moved backwards, in hope that time will move backwards and the son he lost during war would come back to him. At times I wish I can turn back time to last week, because if I can, I will do up the work that I said I would....haha, right. At times I wish I can turn it back years to relive a certain period or a day or even a certain moment to ease some regrets. But most of the time I thank God He made time the way it is, made our understanding the way it is, so we live our regrets, we carry them with us, and we learn from every bit of the pain they bring. I thank God I don't know the consequences of many things, if not I might never have done them, and never have grown. And I love surprises too much to want to know what's ahead. Because I do not know what the future holds, I can only trust in the One that holds my hand as I venture into the unknown, which takes only a matter of time, to become familiar grounds actually. Life is funny like that. “Life can only be understood looking backward. It must be lived forward.”-from the movie For what it’s worth, it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit... start whenever you want... you can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that stop you. I hope you feel things that you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life that you’re proud of and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.-Benjamin Button * Where can I go from Your Spirit, Where can I flee from your presence? Psalm 139:7 Sometimes I ask God where He is, David asks where he can possibly go that he cannot find God and His presence. 0 Comments: |
