How is everyone doing?
(entry has been edited, i fell asleep while blogging HAHA) I was watching in awe as my clothes tumble about in the machine. Yes, I finally have time to get down to chores. Ditto what ZY said about how laundry and trash has become such pressing concerns. Hope my dear clothes don't come out shredded...or maybe I can make a quilt. Past few days have been eventful. When you tell a HK cabbie to fai dee ah, they really fai dee. Why do people go to oceanpark/disneyland for rides when such rides exist everyday- on cabs, on the little ferry bobbing up and down the seas, and on motorbikes. I never had that lurching feeling in my tummy so often before. Have been meeting many big shots, that are actually wikipediable and googlable. I don't know if it's a good thing or not that I don't know them, since I don't "tremble" in their huge presence, only give the blur look when my boss asks if I know them. :| This is my little world, which I have been working my ass off. ![]() ![]() ![]() and sometimes we go to the cafe ![]() * Here are some stuff that I helped with, though I sucked and got corrected badly at the end, but it's still experience. ![]() I made little human figure for the scale down model so people can imagine how tall a wall is in proportion to a human. ![]() ![]() And a task that would make all bimbos proud- sticking little gem studs on to act as lights for the ceiling. HAHA. This they never used, 'cause it's not well finished :( There's a whole row of car repair workshop near the studio and it's all expensive cars. ![]() They have had a few Coopers and apparently in HK, you can customise the car plate, with extra cost of course. Ah, but so cute. *bimbo moment* Near the studio is also the L-plate zone, where learner drivers learn how to drive. HAHA. ![]() I so love their xue plate, so cute! And if you wonder what people do to those cans that old aunties collect.. ![]() They are WallE-ed!! :D * ![]() I called home just the other day, feeling a little emotional. I called and told Dad I have been working for twelve hours daily earlier this week, and he LAUGHed OUT LOUD, (of all reactions!) and said, "Just like me." ...hmm, I never realised he worked twelve hours a day... u_u He also asked, "so how, can take it or not, if not can always come back." Man, please don't give me such a comforting alternative, I don't want to be able to consider it. Anyhow, food that I have been gulping down. Why oh why do boys swallow their food!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Their Yoshi has rice with salmon flakes and ikura :D But the hidden wasabi wasn't a pleasant surprise x( Everyone I have met told me to pick up Cantonese. It's not like I haven't been trying, but one doesn't learn a language overnight!!! It's easy to tell someone else to learn your language man. ![]() Only when one starts working, when weekend feels so, so sweet. (My colleagues work on alternate Sats) Thank you all you working people who are coming to caregroup faithfully, it is tremendously tiring. *salutes! I'm going to Hope HK in a bit & enjoying for a while before getting down to work, and being shot down on Monday. And all of you at Rendition, I will be praying for you, service at HK starts same time as 2nd service back home, HAHA. See you! Labels: Hong Kong OSIP 2009 0 comments0 Comments: |
