please don't hurt oh throat
Today I went all the way to Tsuen Wan (our equivalent of Boon Lay perhaps, maybe not Joo Koon yet HAHA) ![]() Hope Hong Kong :D I am greatly blessed by the people- their sincerity and sweet spirits. Thanks mingyi for walking me there from the mtr, and thanks for all your warm welcomes. ![]() This is Creamo and Mandy. Mandy's so bubbly and approachable. Creamo was from SG and she's super nice and pro, stood next to me and translated everything to mandarin so at least I could grasp what's going on. Though my mandarin christian vocab is not very wide either, HAHA. I wonder how I will fare when I have to do translations for someone one day. Service was really nice, it is very comforting to see people praising and worshiping in another language. Their P&W super cool, mishmash of english, mandarin and canto songs altogether. Remixed man! We sang many canto mandarin ones and we sang the Lord reigns! HAHA. ![]() There's birthday celebration in the service itself for the aug babies too, so super sweet of them. Their publicity made me laugh so much too. The caregroup gathered together immediately after service ended and shared learnings. A great bunch with great hearts! And I am so very happy, and I mean happy with tears brimming in eyes kind of relief/joy, to meet Hope SG sisters! They happen to be here on holiday and they brought me out. I miss speaking in normal singlish and being understood :X They call me xiao mei and laugh at me, like how adults laugh at kids ._. (insert many photos of them when they come in) We ate at Prince Edward's ![]() ![]() And walked down towards Mongkok for damn cheap shiok shopping. Ended the day with 许留山. Ahhhh love it. Had it when I was in HK 4 years back and it's still here and good standard! ![]() ![]() :) I thank God for having an international movement that makes home so much closer, thank God for Rendition's success (or so I heard about...), and for a good day.
